There was quite a bit of AT&T cable damage in the Lake Shastina area. This damage is impacting our xDSL service. We are working with AT&T to get cable repairs completed as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
At this time, all customers not impacted by direct or indirect (AT&T) damage, should be online and functional. If you have any concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service Team at 800-858-2399.

We did get generators setup and services restored. About the time we got that done, power to the Lake Shastina area was restored. Our team worked until about 7pm making sure services were up and working. Services should be restored at this time. If you’re still having issues, please reach out to us at 800-858-2399 at any time to open a ticket with our support or customer service team.

Crew on-site with generators. We are working to restore critical infrastructure services.
Mount Shasta should have power restored.

Cal-Ore sustained minimal equipment damage. We have gained access to the impacted area and have a team on the way with generators to begin restoring services in Lake Shastina and Weed.
Cal-Ore equipment in Mount Shasta is on generator power and functioning normally. Customers with generators and long running UPS systems should still be functional.

Cal-Ore customers in the Lake Shastina, Weed and Mount Shasta areas are currently being impacted by a fire in Weed, CA. This fire has knocked out power which impacts Cal-Ore customers. Also, customers in the Lake Shastina area are under a mandatory evacuation order
Our technician and engineering teams are closely monitoring the situation and will take appropriate action, as necessary, to restore services should any Cal-Ore equipment be damaged.
